RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We care about the environment and because we do, all of our products are printed to order for a zero-waste production cycle.
Always check the size guides or measurement charts provided to make sure you order the correct size.
We do not offer returns, but should your product look like it fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down upon delivery, please contact us and we’ll help you get it right.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Always speak to us if there is a problem with your purchase; firstname.lastname@example.org
If we agreed to a refund due to damaged items, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
